I bought a Mustang at Adesa in Atlanta that was posted in the lane as green light with no damage, when I took it out of the auction the same day the engine light came on and began to smoke, I did the emission and it did not pass, I returned it to do an arbitration and their response was that it was only some sensors so I took it to the Ford dealership and they confirmed the engine damage which costs approximately $ 10,000 which Adesa does not want to respond to, the lady in charge of arbitration and the general manager treated me very badly and do not want to respond to me for the warranty. I also bought another Escape truck and it has a damaged transmission and they also do not want to respond to me after it had warranty included without any advertised codes. Mrs. Tammy Greaves 770 3572013 is in charge of arbitration she treated me disrespectfully as did her general manager.
Good afternoon, I want to inform you that my problem with Adesa Atlanta was resolved very promptly today. I would like to thank you for your intervention, which was very helpful. I also want to inform you that the general manager of Adesa and Mr. Milton from Adesa Clear were excellent in resolving the problem. Thank you, Pedro Tete.
Upon purchasing the units, I requested to have them floored on day one. However, I was subsequently charged late fees for this request. I visited the office in person to discuss the matter with General Manager Lisa O'Neil, but unfortunately, she was unable to entertain my concerns or provide a resolution. I would like to note that this is not the first time such an issue has occurred! PLEASE BEWARE!!
