Vehicle was purchased via Simulcast on 4/17, and we pulled the gate pass- which was sent to our transport company, Red Bull, who posted the transport listing on Central Dispatch, as is the usual process.  When the transporter who Red Bull hired to pick up the vehicle went to Manheim Palm Beach to pick it up, it was already gone. Security told the transporter the unit had already left that day (2:06 pm on 4/21).  At that time, all parties were consulted, and it was determined the Porsche had been stolen from the auction.  Subsequently, we contacted Ann Miller our Manheim rep, and the GM of Manheim Palm Beach, Robert Zakaib.  To date, only Ann Miller has been responsive to this serious situation.  The GM has not contacted me or our group, and we are left to deal with this theft on our own, going back and forth with Manheim security and other employees.  This lack of concern and accountability is very disturbing.  It is well known that this issue is prevalent in our industry right now, and Central Dispatch (a Cox Automotive Company) is at the center of these thefts.  This is clearly a case of Cox Automotive/Manheim passing the buck.  It was their system that was hacked; thus far there has been no action from the GM of Palm Beach or anyone other than Ann Miller.
